AnimatedTileLayer Opacity Sample

This code sample is a proof of concept to verify that AnimatedTileLayers can support opacity. Note, this is a hack and is not officially supported. It can break at anytime and is not recommended for use in production apps. A feature request has been made to add support for opacity to the AnimatedTileLayer class. Once this has been made available, this code sample will be updated accordingly.
