Snap drawing to pushpins Sample

This sample shows how to snap a drawing to pushpins on a map. This is an experimental sample as it has issues:

• 1. The preview line coordinates can't be updated. As such the line won't snap until you stop drawing.
• 2. Unable to start a polyline or polygon by clicking on a pushpin.
• 3. Editting a shape doesn't snap to pushpin.
